그래서
말없이 서로의 일을 챙겨서 도와주고
그래서 늘 서로 고맙게 생각하고
그런 사이였으면 좋겠습니다

방풍림처럼 바람을 막아주지만
바람을 막아주고는
그 자리에
늘 그대로 서 있는 나무처럼
그대와 나도 그렇게 있으면 좋겠습니다

물이 맑아서
산 그림자를 깊게 안고 있고
산이 높아서
물을 깊고 푸르게 만들어 주듯이
그렇게 함께 있으면 좋겠습니다

산과 물이 억지로 섞여 있으려 하지 않고
산은 산대로 있고
물은 물대로 거기 있지만
그래서
서로 아름다운 풍경이 되듯
그렇게 있을 수 있다면 좋겠습니다
